Per Diem must be received at least 14 days in advance of departure to Pignon. The hospital administration needs to secure supplies and accommodation prior to arrival.

4.  T R A V E L   I N S U R A N C E: 

All team members are required to carry traveler’s insurance. Online team application can be made through Adams & Associates International at http://www.aaintl.com  

Proof of coverage must be provided to the CMP Stateside Coordinator prior to departure to Pignon.

5.  E M B A S S Y   R E G I S T R A T I O N:

           All teams should register with the U.S. State Department (U.S. Embasy (U.S. Embassy – Haiti)
